Andrew Lundquist, Managing Partner of BlueWater Strategies LLC. Lundquist previously served President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney as Director of the National Energy Policy Development Group and then as a senior advisor and strategist on energy issues. Lundquist also served for 14 years in the U.S. Senate as a senior legislative assistant to Senator Ted Stevens, Chief of Staff to then-Senator Frank Murkowski and Staff Director of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. Lundquist holds a J.D. from Catholic University Columbus School of Law. Previously, Mr. McCullough was Chairman of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). President George W. Bush named Glenn L. McCullough, Jr., Chairman of the TVA Board of Directors on July 19, 2001. The U.S. Senate confirmed him to the TVA Board in November 1999 after his nomination by President Bill Clinton to a term ending on May 18, 2005. Mr. McCullough focused TVA on achieving corporate excellence in the generation and transmission of electric power, stewardship of the Tennessee River and the environment, economic development, and debt reduction. Under his leadership, TVA, the nation's largest public power utility, achieved record performance. Revenue in 2005 exceeded $7.5 Billion on sales of 166 billion kwh's with TVA's electric power rates ranking among the lowest in the nation. Power system reliability was 99.999% with a 53% reduction in power interruptions during 1999-2005. TVA invested $1.7 billion from 1999-2005 on controls at fossil plants to reduce sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and particulate matter emissions. While at TVA, Mr. McCullough emphasized economic development with the Tennessee Valley attracting record private capital investment and economic growth. TVA has been recognized as the nation's best utility economic development team. While TVA achieved record operational, revenue, environmental, and economic development performance, Mr. McCullough made debt reduction a priority with TVA eliminating $2 billion in long-term debt, relieving 32% of total interest cost from 1999-2005. During 1999-2005, Mr. McCullough served as a member of the National Advisory Board of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). He served on the Executive Committee of the Board of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and as a director of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Mr. McCullough serves on the Advisory Council of the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Palo Alto, California, and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of NuVision Engineering, a science, technology, engineering and field services company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Mississippi Technology Alliance, and the Community Bank of Northeast, Mississippi. Mr. McCullough has 14 years in private business as vice president of McCullough Steel Products, Inc., five years on the staff of former Mississippi Governor Kirk Fordice, and two years as Mayor of the City of Tupelo, Mississippi.
